We've teamed up with our new friends and neighbors at Flair Dance Company, located only 4 doors down from our studio at 730 Haddon Ave, to bring you a really fun series of classes for you and your kids! We're running this as a 4 week series to start and will see how it goes before we add more. If you want it to stick around, sign up!
Dates: Wednesdays, October 4th-25th from 9:30-10:30am Here's how it works: you drop your kid(s) off at Flair Dance Co by 9:30am and pick them up at 10:30am. In between, you walk a few doors down to Upcycle and get your own movement in, child-free! We'll move together for 30 minutes (9:45-10:15) and you'll have 15 minutes after to relax in the cafe, taking a few more moments to yourself before going back to Flair to pick up your child. For October's Upcycle classes, it will be 30 minutes of cycling! |
