our class formats
cycle
cycle45: our bread and butter, our heart and soul, our first + forever format.
combining resistance + speed work, instructors will guide their class through hills, sprints, jumps + various drills on the bike to push riders out of their comfort zone while connecting in with their body.
if moving together in a dark(ish) room set to killer playlists is your vibe, come along for the ride.

barre
barre45: functional training, ballet, pilates + yoga combined into one workout that’ll challenge your body + keep you moving while utilizing bodyweight + various props (light weights, resistance bands, core balls). your muscles won’t know what hit ‘em (in the best way). we teach to the beat, but that doesn’t mean you need to be synced up with us. everyone’s encouraged to take things at their own pace and listen to their bodies, always.
pilates + strength
this low to no impact class starts with mat pilates to strengthen + align your core before moving onto some full-body strength training for the second half. utilizing bodyweight + various props (weights, resistance bands, ankle weights, core balls, etc.), you’ll work your full body + leave class feeling longer + stronger.
note: regulars of this class keep telling us to rename it “align some shit + lift some shit”. maybe someday.

HIIT strength + conditioning
working hard or hardly working? just kidding. you'll be working hard in this high intensity interval training (HIIT) class with rest periods mixed in. using body weight as well as equipment, you'll work on strengthening your entire body including your core throughout the 45 minutes. all-levels with pleeeenty of modifications for all.
yoga
flow: get rooted in your yoga practice, whether it’s your first time on your mat or you’ve been flowing for years. our flow classes use sun salutations as the framework, connecting each posture with breath. the result is an active, moving meditation that improves strength, balance + coordination. not flexible? do the yoga.
slow flow: slooow down while focusing on your breath + alignment in each pose, creating space in your body + your mind. whether it’s your first time on a yoga mat or you’ve been practicing for years, all are welcome as modifications/variations are given to really allow you to tune in, making the class work for your body in the moment. not flexible? do the yoga.
flow + chill: flow for 30 minutes before melting into the mat with 30 minutes of the chillest yin yoga, designed to target the body’s connective tissue + help release tension. never taken yin? poses are typically held for about 2-6 minutes each, allow time + gravity to assist while you let go. flow+chill is intentionally scheduled at the end of the night to help you wind down after your day.
