IN PERSON CLASSES: CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
Early class cancellations will be honored up to 4 hours in advance for all classes.
The credit for that class will be returned to your account for use at a future date.
Late class cancellations occur within 4 hours of a class starting. If using a bulk class package or single drop in, you will not receive the class credit back on your account. Those with an unlimited package or membership will be charged a $10 Late Cancel fee after your second late cancellation in 14 days. If you do not cancel your spot and you do not show up for class without communicating with us beforehand, you will be charged a $10 No Show Fee (unlimited members).

IN PERSON CLASSES: WAITLISTING FOR A CLASS
Some classes do book up further in advance, so we suggest adding yourself to the waitlist if you are interested in attending.
By signing up for the waitlist, you are committed to attending if a spot opens up for you.
Clients are moved off of the waitlist in the order from which they were added to it.
If you're on the waitlist for a class and another client cancels their reservation up to 20 minutes prior to class starting, you will automatically be moved into the class. If you get that spot and do not show up, it is counted as a no show. If you are on the waitlist and cannot actually make the class, cancel your spot off of the waitlist.
If you see that a class is full but do not want to sign up for the waitlist, you are welcome to come to the studio and see if a spot opens up due to a No Show, but please note there is no guarantee.

THE STUDIOS ARE NO PHONE ZONES.
Phones are not to be used during class. They shouldn't be on your bike or on your mat.
Phones are extremely distracting for your neighbors and your instructor in class -- the lights are dim and your phone is bright.
Take 45-60 minutes to yourself and put your phone in a cubby or with the rest of your belongings.
We love when you tag us on social media, but please do it before or after class, not during.
If you need to use your phone during class, please leave the room to do so.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you offer beginner classes?
We don't have beginner classes on the weekly schedule. Sometimes, we offer series of classes for beginners, but our classes are all designed to be beginner-friendly. Just let your instructor know you're just starting out - we've all been beginners and there is absolutely no judgement here. Take things at your own pace, listen to your body and honor where you are in that moment.
Do I need to bring a mat to class?
Yes! If you have a mat, please bring it with you for class. We have some mats available for use, but not enough for everyone.
Do I need special shoes for cycling?
Our pedals are dual sided. If you have cycling shoes, the clips are SPD-compatable, but sneakers work just fine to start! We do not rent out cycling shoes because we don't love the idea of sharing shoes, but you can purchase your own in our retail shop. They are recommended if you're cycling at least once a week.
Do I need to wear grippy socks for barre?
For classes you're doing at home, not necessarily, though they definitely help a ton.
For in-studio classes, we highly recommend them. Why? Certain moves in barre require good grip on the floor/mat for proper form and they keep your feet from slipping all over the place, keeping you safe and that's enough of a reason for us!
How old do I have to be to take class?
Different formats have different requirements. For cycling, there is a height requirement (4'10) in order to reach the pedals and ride safely given the dimensions of the bike. For yoga and barre, unless otherwise specified (kids or family yoga), classes are typically for those 15 and older. Anyone under 18 will need a waiver signed by a parent/guardian.
Where can I park when I come to class?
There is street parking available on Haddon Avenue as well as parking lots near the Patco station.
